Cebu Pacific cancels flights from Chinese cities

If you have a schedule flight between Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou, and Shenzen and the Philippines from February 2 to March 29 this year with Cebu Pacific, know that the airline company announced the cancellation of ALL flights between the Chinese cities and the Philippines.

Cebu Pacific also announced the reduction of flights between Hong Kong and Macau and the Philippines.

Recently, there were calls to  ban all flights from China following the worldwide corona-virus scare.

If affected by the flight cancellation, Cebu Pacific allows the following:

1. Rebooking of the flight (new flight date within 30 days of original travel date)
2. Refund of the tickets IN FULL
3. Storing the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use

"We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank our passengers for their understanding," the airline said in a statement.
